The Melbourne Smile Centre is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team!

(Please note that Australian working rights and min. 1 year experience are essential.)

Competitive salary commensurate with experience

Full-time hours across 8 weekdays and one Saturday morning per fortnight

Early start times from 6:45am, with finish times from 4:30pm

About the role

As a Dental Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the smooth running of our practice.

Responsibilities

- assisting dentists chairside and ensuring the operatory is fully stocked and prepared
- sterilising/reprocessing instruments in line with infection control protocols
- maintaining accurate patient records in our practice management software
- providing outstanding customer service and a positive patient experience




- delivering personalised care in line with each patient's treatment plan
- supporting the wider dental team with administrative tasks.

What we're looking for

- Full Australian working rights essential
- Previous reception experience highly regarded
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Compassionate and professional approach to patient care
- Genuine commitment to ongoing development in the dental field.
