An exciting opportunity has become available to join a large, established and growing financial services businesswith a significant existing client base and a highly successful advice division.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Adviser with approximately 2–10+ years of experiencewho has developed strong technical foundations and is now looking for a platform where they can accelerate their career and earning potential.

Unlike many Adviser roles, you won't be expected to generate every opportunity yourself. The business has a strong lead-generation model and an extensive existing client base, providing Advisers with a consistent pipeline of opportunities.

The Opportunity

You will inherit an existing client book,

You will provide holistic strategic advice across areas including:

- Superannuation and retirement planning
- Investments and wealth creation
- Personal insurance
- SMSFs
- Strategic financial planning
- Ongoing wealth management and client reviews

Exceptional Earning Potential

A highly attractive performance bonus structure, providing the opportunity to earn 40% above your validation hurdle.

For high-performing Advisers who successfully build and manage their client base, the earning potential is substantial.





About You

- Has approximately 2–10+ years' experience as a Financial Adviser
- Is appropriately qualified to provide financial advice in Australia
- Has strong holistic financial planning knowledge
- Is confident conducting client meetings and presenting advice
- Has a commercial, growth-focused mindset
- Enjoys converting new client opportunities and developing relationships
- Is motivated by performance and financial reward
- Wants to build a substantial long-term client portfolio

You do not need to bring a client book with you.

What is important is having the drive, communication skills and ability to convert opportunities when they are provided.
