Overview

We’re working with a leading Defence & Security organisation delivering cutting‑edge Naval programmes, and we’re looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to support a key long‑term project based in New Malden.

This is a hands‑on role focused on requirements, system design, and integration across complex systems. You’ll be working in a highly team-oriented engineering environment alongside domain experts and cross‑functional teams.

- Develop and manage system requirements using DOORS
- Define system interfaces to support design and integration across engineering domains
- Support the full engineering lifecycle from requirements through to integration, verification, and validation




- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile delivery environment
- Ensure compliance with defence engineering standards and best practices

Key experience required

- Strong background in Systems Engineering within complex environments
- Experience using DOORS for requirement management
- Experience working across the full engineering lifecycle
- Comfortable working in an agile environment
- Active SC Clearance (or recently lapsed and eligible to renew)
