The Opportunity

You will take ownership of quality, compliance and education initiatives across a medium sized residential aged care home and associated community care services.

With many of the foundations already established, this role offers the opportunity to further strengthen systems, embed best practice and support the organisation through ongoing regulatory and quality improvements.

About You

You are a confident and motivated clinical qualified who enjoys bringing people together, improving systems and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

To be successful, you will bring:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment highly desirable
- Experience in quality, compliance, clinical education or continuous improvement within aged care.
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes.
- Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting positive change.
