Our client is a progressive, values-led paediatric clinic in Northmead, known for fun, innovative and holistic therapy that helps children and families live happier lives. Due to ongoing growth, they’re welcoming an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to support the next wave of clinicians.

About the Role

You’ll step into a senior position where you can genuinely make an impact—supporting a team of junior clinicians while delivering excellent care to children and families.

You will:

- Supervise and mentor 4 Junior Speech Pathologists
- Manage a reduced, varied paediatric caseload (ages 3–18)
- Deliver high-quality assessments and evidence-based intervention
- Provide therapy via 1:1 sessions, group programs, telehealth and parent training
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists,



Exercise Physiologists and Psychologists
- Work from a beautiful, clinic-based setting in Northmead

Support Available

You’ll be backed by:

- A General Manager and a supportive team of other senior clinicians
- Excellent admin and scheduling support
- A gradual increase in daily appointments to set you up for success
- Regular team meetings and supervision

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
- Working With Children Check
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Speech Pathology
