Our client, a leading top-tier Australian investment firm based in the CBD, is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of investments, corporate communications, and stakeholder management, supporting engagement with institutional and wholesale investors while gaining broad exposure to portfolio performance, fund reporting, and capital markets.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality investor communications, supporting fundraising initiatives, and ensuring investors receive accurate, timely, and insightful reporting. This role is ideal for an analytically minded professional with strong communication skills and a keen interest in investment markets and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Reporting & Communications

- Assist in the preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reporting packs
- Coordinate the production of investor presentations, factsheets, fund updates, and marketing materials
- Support the delivery of portfolio performance analysis and investment commentary for investors and prospective clients
- Prepare responses to investor queries, ensuring accurate and timely communication
- Maintain investor databases, CRM systems, and reporting records

Stakeholder Management

- Build and maintain relationships with internal investment teams, finance, compliance, and external service providers




- Support investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and due diligence processes
- Assist with coordinating fundraising and capital raising activities, including investor onboarding and documentation
- Prepare briefing materials and presentations for senior stakeholders and client meetings

Analysis & Business Support

- Analyse fund performance, market data, and investor trends to support strategic decision-making
- Assist in the preparation of board, management, and investor-facing reports
- Support competitor, market, and industry research initiatives
- Ensure investor materials and communications comply with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives across investor relations and client servicing functions

About You
- 1-3 years' experience within investor relations, funds management, investment operations, capital markets, financial services, or a related field
- Strong understanding of investment products, funds management, and financial markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex investment concepts for external stakeholders
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong attention to detail
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, and client-facing materials
- Highly organised with robust stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
