The role
Working with CEOs, CFOs, Managing Directors and other senior stakeholders, you will help businesses assess their options and improve financial performance. Engagements span financial and operational restructuring, refinancing, profit improvement, cash generation, formal appointments and business transformation.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Advise management, owners, lenders and creditors on restructuring options
- Analyse financial performance and develop practical, commercially sound recommendations




- Support financial and operational improvements tailored to each business
- Research target companies and prepare pitch and engagement materials
- Contribute to business development and the team’s market presence
- Coach and mentor colleagues while supporting high-quality client delivery

About you

- Deep experience in corporate insolvency, performance consulting or restructuring
- Strong financial analysis, commercial judgement and problem-solving skills
- Proven team leadership and clear communication with senior stakeholders
- A proactive, ethical approach and confidence managing ambiguity and change
- Relevant qualifications such as CAANZ, ARITA, FINSIA or equivalent
