The role
You will manage a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements while guiding clients and stakeholders through complex financial situations.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Lead formal appointments and advisory engagements from strategy to completion
- Manage appointment requirements, deadlines and stakeholder communications
- Analyse financial performance, review businesses and model potential outcomes
- Manage and mentor engagement teams,



supporting their ongoing development
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations and correspondence
- Contribute to business development and broader practice-growth initiatives

About you

- Demonstrated experience managing corporate insolvency and restructuring matters
- CA or equivalent qualification and a relevant tertiary degree
- Strong knowledge of the Corporations Act and insolvency principles
- Advanced financial analysis, problem-solving and commercial judgement
- Confident stakeholder communication, client service and MS Office capability
