The Role

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 190 residential properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and renters
- Manage maintenance, arrears, renewals and general portfolio management
- Conduct inspections and manage compliance requirements
- Work closely with the Assistant PM and wider Property Management team
- Utilise PropertyMe, Inspection Express and Inspect Real Estate
- Be part of a well-supported and established PM department

About You

- Previous experience managing a residential portfolio
- Ideally 2+ years’ Property Management experience
- Comfortable managing a portfolio of 150+ properties
- Robust communication and organisational skills
- Confident dealing with owners, renters and contractors
- Ability to manage a busy portfolio while staying calm under pressure
- Team player who enjoys working collaboratively
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
