The role
You will manage engagements from initial strategy through to completion, guiding clients through financial challenges and supporting advisory and turnaround projects.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Develop strategies and manage the full lifecycle of insolvency and restructuring engagements
- Oversee appointment requirements and communications with clients, creditors and other stakeholders
- Analyse financial performance,



review businesses and model potential outcomes
- Manage and mentor engagement teams, supporting their career development
- Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence in line with legislative requirements
- Contribute to business development and build professional relationships

About you

- Experience managing complex corporate insolvency and restructuring matters
- CA or equivalent qualification and a relevant tertiary degree
- Strong knowledge of the Corporations Act and insolvency principles
- Financial analysis, problem-solving and MS Office proficiency
- Clear stakeholder communication, attention to detail and a client-focused approach
