The Role

- Manage a well-maintained portfolio of 175+ properties
- Build strong relationships with owners and renters
- Manage maintenance, arrears, inspections and renewals
- Ensure compliance requirements are met
- Work closely with the wider PM and leasing team
- Dedicated leasing and administration support

About You

- 2+ years’ residential Property Management experience
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills
- Calm under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Looking for a long-term opportunity with a reputable agency
