Key Responsibilities:

- Manage head contract administration, scope preparation, and trade lettings.
- Prepare progress claims, variations, cost forecasts, and monthly financial reports.
- Coordinate trade sub-contracts, procurement schedules, and project cash flows.
- Evaluate subcontractor claims, variations, and extension of time (EOT) requests.
- Partner with Project Managers and Site Teams to safeguard project margins.

What You'll Bring:

- 5+ years of Contract Administration experience with commercial builders in WA.
- Strong background managing end-to-end commercial construction packages.
- Advanced skills in head contract negotiation, cost planning, and trade lettings.
- Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.




- Sharp analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and WA working rights.
