Talent Web is seeking experienced Senior Project Manager in Sydney with good understanding of Service Authority design approval and construction standards.

This role suits an engineer who enjoys taking a technical lead, mentoring junior staff, and working closely with clients and councils.

What you’ll do:

- Lead design and delivery across subdivisions, urban development, and infrastructure.
- Manage technical outputs (design reports, drawings, modelling).
- Liaise with clients, councils, and stakeholders to secure approvals.
- Mentor junior engineers and drafters.
- Ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality standards.





What we’re looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years’ design experience
- Proficiency in 12d, MUSIC and DRAINS.
- Experience managing and integrating multi-discipline teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially report writing
- Excellent knowledge of Australian Standards & Council design standards
