At Concentric, we’re looking for an early career or experienced Speech Pathologist to join our Maddington team, working across a varied paediatric and adult NDIS caseload, with plenty of opportunity to build your skills and grow your career.
If you’ve got experience working in the NDIS space and are ready to build your confidence, broaden your skills and explore where you want your career to go, we’ll give you the support and opportunities to make it happen.
You’ll have the best of both worlds, clinic-based therapy and community work, with the opportunity to support clients in their homes, schools and other community settings.
About You:
You’ve got at least 1 year of experience in the NDIS space, and you’re ready to take the next step in your Speech Pathology career.
You’re passionate about making a meaningful difference, curious about continuing to learn and keen to work with a team where you can ask questions, share ideas and keep developing your clinical skills.

You’ll be supported to:
- Manage a mixed paediatric and adult NDIS caseload
- Complete speech, language, communication and functional assessments
- Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy plans
- Deliver engaging interventions across clinic and community settings
- Work with paediatric clients across areas such as speech, language,
social communication and literacy
- Support adult NDIS participants with communication and participation goals
- Work closely with families, carers, teachers and support networks
- Collaborate with OTs, Physios and other Allied Health professionals
- Build your clinical confidence and develop your areas of interest
- Take part in regular mentoring, supervision and professional development
You won’t be expected to know everything or do it all on your own. You’ll have experienced clinicians around you to ask questions, bounce ideas off and learn from as you continue to grow.

You’ll need:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in the NDIS space
- Current Speech Pathology Australia membership (SPA)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
