About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Storeperson / Warehouse Operator with a current forklift licence, SAP experience and a truck licence to join a busy supply chain warehouse in Potts Hill.

Working Monday to Friday, this is a hands-on warehouse position covering goods receipting, forklift operation, picking and packing, inventory control, stock movements, loading and unloading trucks, dispatch and SAP transactions.
You will be joining an established supply chain operation where safety, stock accuracy and timely movement of materials are essential to supporting critical operational activities.

- Position: Storeperson / Warehouse Operator
- Pay Rate: $35-$37 per hour + superannuation
- Location: Potts Hill NSW
- Working Arrangement: 100% on-site warehouse role
- Anticipated Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Start Date: ASAP, subject to pre-employment checks
- Expected Duration: Contract until 31 December 2026




- Pre-Employment Checks: National Police Check and two reference checks

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, pick, pack and dispatch stock, materials and equipment.
- Operate forklifts and safely load and unload trucks.
- Process goods receipts, stock movements and inventory transactions in SAP.
- Maintain accurate stock records and warehouse locations.
- Complete cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory reconciliations.
- Investigate stock discrepancies, damaged goods and delivery issues.
- Coordinate materials with internal teams, drivers and transport providers.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse in line with WHS requirements.
- Assist with general warehouse and supply chain duties as operational priorities require.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced Storeperson, Warehouse Operator or Stores Officer who is comfortable combining physical warehouse duties with SAP-based inventory processing.

- 5+ years' experience in warehousing, stores or logistics.
- Current Australian forklift licence with practical operating experience.
- SAP warehouse or inventory management experience.
- Current truck licence with relevant driving experience.
- Experience across receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and stock control.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety and manual handling requirements.
- Reliable, organised and comfortable in a hands-on warehouse environment.
- Experience completing stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
- Confidence loading and unloading trucks and handling palletised goods.
- Good computer literacy and high attention to detail when processing stock and warehouse documentation.




- Ability to perform physical and manual warehouse duties safely.
- Strong communication, organisation and time management skills.
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check and provide two professional references.
- Valid Australian working rights are essential. Sponsorship is not available. Australian citizens, permanent residents and suitable long-term visa holders with unrestricted working rights are encouraged to apply.
