We are currently seeking a skilled Forklift Operator with team leadership experience to join our client’s production facility in Rocklea, specialising in the manufacture of icing sugar.

This is a hands-on role, with a strong focus on forklift operation and warehouse duties, while also taking responsibility for supporting, motivating and coordinating the team to keep production running efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing
In these roles, you will be involved in:

- Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
- Leading and coordinating a team of 3 within a food production environment
- Keeping the team motivated and engaged
- Conducting batch testing to ensure product quality and consistency
- Wrapping pallets and preparing stock for dispatch
- General warehouse duties, including manual handling and lifting up to 20kg
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safety-focused work environment

What We're Looking For

- Forklift Licence: Current LF forklift licence with proven experience
- Team Leadership: Previous experience leading or supervising a team
- Warehouse Experience: Previous experience working in a warehouse or production environment
- Safety Focus: Strong understanding of and commitment to WHS practices
- Physical Fitness: Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and lifting up to 20kg
- Positive Attitude: Reliable, motivated and willing to get involved in all aspects of the role
- Fast-Paced Environment:



Comfortable working in a busy production environment
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable and committed to ongoing work
- Availability: Available Monday to Friday
- Transport: Current driver's licence and reliable own transport
- Pre-Employment Requirements: Willing to complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening, if required

You'll need to be:

- LF ticket and experience in a warehouse environment
- Previous experience leading a team
- Reliable, punctual, and committed
- Safety-conscious and able to follow WHS practices
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment
- Available to work Monday-Friday
- Own transport
