Our Client

Our client is an ACT Government organisation responsible for delivering residential, commercial and industrial land development across the Territory, supporting housing supply, urban renewal, infrastructure and sustainable community outcomes. Its work spans land release, master-planned communities, commercial ventures and major development initiatives across Canberra.

The broader delivery function manages land, infrastructure and approvals supporting new suburbs, urban renewal precincts, community facilities, transport connections and commercial development arrangements. Recent public reporting also highlights a significant portfolio of commercial ventures and city-shaping development activity.

This opportunity sits within a commercial ventures environment where strong procurement coordination, contract administration, financial oversight and governance support are essential to successful project delivery. The source position description confirms that the role works closely with project managers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to support commercial and operational outcomes.
