MAC-B Construction is a WA-based contractor delivering workforce and project solutions across mining, civil, energy and fabrication projects statewide.

With our continued growth, we're manning up ahead of multiple projects across WA — civil and mining construction on major projects and mine sites. Due to the varied scope across our pipeline, we're looking for multi-skilled Supervisors (S26 ticketed) to manage crews and deliver packages efficiently.

Scope includes earthworks and bulk excavation, structural and civil works, mechanical/plant-related works, and site establishment through to handover. A number of these packages run concurrently, so the ability to manage multiple work fronts at once is beneficial.

Rosters vary by project — FIFO & DIDO options available, with flexibility required depending on client and project requirements.

We're also recruiting across other roles — Project Managers, Construction Managers, HSE Officers, Engineers, Project Coordinators/Administrators and Commercial/Project Controls roles — flag your interest even if Supervisor isn't the right fit, or pass this on to someone who'd suit.

Your contribution to the project will include:

- Supervise and lead allocated project personnel, directing them to complete works safely and in compliance with company and client procedures, drawings and specifications, budgets, timeframes and other project requirements.
- Plan and control personnel, equipment and materials to ensure construction activities are delivered safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality inspections, supervise staff and subcontractors, liaise with clients and stakeholders,



and implement processes that keep the project on safety, quality, budget and schedule standards.
- Liaise with senior management, internal teams, clients, engineers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure all aspects of the project are properly planned and executed safely.
- Support senior management as projects progress — including planning, procurement coordination and operational support.
- Other duties as required to get the job done and keep the team safe and working efficiently.

Requirements:

- Available for immediate to near-term mobilisation as projects are confirmed
- S26 (Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor) ticket — essential
- Demonstrated experience supervising construction crews on mine or civil sites
- Strong construction background, able to manage multiple work fronts and crews
- Experience with client interaction, daily reporting, pre-starts, SWMS/JSAs and site compliance
- Strong understanding of mine/civil site safety requirements
- Adaptable with rosters and project locations as required
- White Card, current driver's licence, contactable work referees
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen, and police clearance check
