About the role

- Coordinate air and sea imports from departure to delivery
- Liaise with customers, carriers, agents and service providers
- Monitor shipments and provide regular customer updates
- Maintain accurate files and shipment details in CargoWise
- Report directly to the Operations Manager

What you’ll need to succeed

- Previous import operations experience in freight forwarding
- Strong understanding of air and sea freight processes
- Experience using CargoWise is highly regarded
- Confident customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
