Your New Role
You'll take full site management responsibility for a townhouse project in one of Brisbane's northern growth corridors. With further projects lined up in Morayfield and Redcliffe, this is a long-term opportunity rather than a single-project contract. You'll manage subcontractors, quality, safety and programme, and be the key point of contact on site.

What You'll Need to Succeed

- Current QBCC licence (Supervisor or Low Rise Builder)




- 4+ yrs experience as site supervisor on residential construction sites, townhouse or multi-res experience preferred
- Strong subcontractor management and programming skills
- A hands-on approach and solid communication with trades, clients and head office
