The Role

This is a newly created opportunity to join our team as a Receptionist/Junior Legal Assistant support the team with entry level administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:





- Delivering high-level client experience over the phone and in person
- Maintaining calendars and diary appointments
- Drafting basic precedent letters
- Conveying relevant information to solicitor and other key parties
- Assisting with client requests
- Payment of invoices
- Adhoc administration

Skills/Experience

- High level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skill
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- dedicated, hard-working and committed
- Technically savvy
- Exceptional client service and phone manner
- Great attention to detail
- Comfortable working in personal injury law
