About the Role:

We're looking for a Quality Engineer to join a growing delivery squad, focused on evaluating and improving the performance of a suite of React Native apps. This is genuinely ground-floor work, where you'd be assessing current app performance, identifying where things fall short, and driving improvements from an existing backlog, rather than inheriting someone else's setup.

Must-have:

- Solid hands-on performance testing experience... you know what to measure, why it matters, and how to interpret results, regardless of which specific tool you've used
- Experience testing mobile apps specifically (not just web/API performance)
- Comfortable working autonomously and driving a backlog of improvements independently

Nice-to-have

- React Native experience
- Experience with Gatling, Locust, JMeter, or k6
- Broader app automation experience alongside performance testing
