One month you're detailing a low-to-medium rise residential tower, the next it's an industrial park, a fire station or a mine-site steel frame.

We're a small, close-knit structural engineering consultancy based in North Lakes, and we're after a structural draftsperson who wants genuine variety and real ownership of their work.

What you'll draft

- Multi-residential towers – low to medium rise apartment buildings and townhouse developments, from preliminary layouts through to full construction documentation

- Industrial and commercial – warehouses, industrial parks and steel-framed buildings, with the connection detailing that goes with them

- Community and civic buildings – fire stations, PCYCs, indoor sports centres and education facilities

- Retail, mixed-use and hospitality – projects where structure, services and architecture all have to work together

- Mining and resources – steel frames, skids and support structures for industrial clients

- Residential – new homes, house raises, extensions, decks and pools: quick-turnaround jobs that keep the week moving

You'll work in Revit across the full project – general notes, footing and framing plans, sections and details – and your name goes on the drawing sets.

What you'll need

- 2+ years hands-on Revit experience

- The confidence to work autonomously and own your deadlines

- Queensland based,



able to be in our North Lakes office around 2 days a week

- Australian citizenship or permanent residents only

Full time or part-time – your call
We're open to either. Choose a full-time role, or tell us the part-time hours that suit you, whether that's 3 or 4 days a week or shorter days around school pick-ups or study. We'll work the role around what you need. Part-time hours are pro-rata on the same salary range, and the hybrid setup still applies: part of your week in the North Lakes office, the rest at home or the office, your choice.
