Calling all exceptional Baristas!

Zagame’s House is looking for a passionate, experienced and highly skilled Barista to join our Food & Beverage team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely loves coffee, takes pride in their craft and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Our café operates within our 97-room boutique hotel in the heart of Carlton, with the role also providing opportunities to assist with hotel functions, conferences and special events.

About the Role

As a key member of our café and Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for:

- Producing consistently excellent coffee to a high standard

- Demonstrating strong knowledge of coffee, espresso extraction and milk texturing

- Delivering fast, friendly and professional café service

- Providing exceptional service to hotel guests and café customers

- Assisting with functions, conferences and special events

- Following Zagame’s House service standards, policies and procedures

- Contributing to a positive, energetic and team-focused environment

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a Barista in a busy café, restaurant or hotel environment





- The ability to consistently produce high-quality coffee during busy service periods

- A genuine passion for coffee and attention to detail

- Pride in presentation and the quality of your work

- A strong customer service focus

- Energy, reliability and initiative

- A positive "can do" attitude

- Professional presentation and standards

- The ability to work confidently as part of a hotel Food & Beverage team

- Flexibility to work morning and daytime shifts, including weekends
