We’re continuing to grow and specialise in final trim and landscape finishes, independent contracting, vegetation management and soil amelioration, while maintaining our reputation for quality workmanship and reliable machinery.

We’re looking for an experienced, versatile operator to join our team on a full-time basis.

Our projects take us across the Moreton Bay, Brisbane and Ipswich LGAs, providing plenty of variety and the opportunity to work on different sites, machines and projects.

This role will suit someone who:

Experience We're Looking For

Proven experience operating:

- 5-tonne excavators

- Posi tracks / track loaders

- Swivel tippers

- MR / HR trucks

We’re particularly interested in operators with a well-rounded background across landscaping, civil, earthworks, building or related trades.

You don't need to be an expert on every machine — on-the-ground training will be provided for equipment specific to our operations.





Mechanical experience or trade qualifications are highly regarded.

Essential

- Well-rounded landscaping, civil, earthworks or trade experience

- Relevant plant and machinery licences/tickets

- Proven ability to operate a range of plant and equipment

- Excellent attention to detail

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Physically fit and capable of loading and unloading plant from trucks

- Reliable, proactive and willing to get the job done

- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

- Construction White Card

- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills

- Strong safety record and commitment to safe work practices

- Strong work ethic, punctuality and communication skills

Desirable

- Current MR or HR licence

- Trade qualification or further relevant education

- Additional plant and machinery tickets

- Mechanical aptitude and/or machinery maintenance experience

- First Aid certification

- Ability to start immediately
