THE POSITION

Is it time to become a Team Member in a agile Industry ? An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Payroll Officer all-rounder to join our admin team, reporting to the Financial Controller. The Dealership consistently experiences growth and remains a leading business in the region. This has been achieved through staff satisfaction and consistently delivering best practice in sales, service and parts.

SKILLS AND LICENCES REQUIRED:

- Minimum of Three Years’ Experience Desirable

- Excellent numeracy skills





- Experience working within Payroll Administration and financial processes

- Familiar with Human Resource Functions

- Understanding of Industrial Instruments

- Experienced in Microsoft Excel

- Team player

- A flexible and ‘Can Do Attitude'

- Current Drivers Licence.

DUTIES:

- Ability to undertake Administration Finance, functions

- Attention to detail

- Fortnightly payroll processing

- Manage accuracy and process for timekeeping

- Adaptable in your approach to the workplace

- Work within the team to meet deadlines daily, weekly and monthly
