Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a leading international access and parking technology business to recruit a Project Coordinator in Queensland. (12 month contract - chance for permanent position)

Backed by a multibillion-dollar global group, the business is expanding through acquisitions and digital innovation, delivering solutions across airports, stadiums, shopping centres and entertainment venues.

Working alongside project managers and technical specialists, you’ll coordinate projects from planning through to installation and handover, building your skills with hands-on experience and ongoing training.

What will you do?

- Coordinate project schedules, procurement, equipment deliveries and resources.
- Work closely with project managers, technical specialists, customers and contractors to meet project milestones.
- Assist with site activities, onsite problem-solving and stakeholder communication.
- Support installation, testing and commissioning of technology solutions.
- Maintain project documentation, including checklists, test results, design updates and handover records.
- Track project progress, communicate updates and escalate issues appropriately.
- Help resolve defects and facilitate final site sign-off.
- Support purchase orders,



contractor invoices and milestone billing.

What do you need?

- A degree in Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with customers, contractors and internal teams.
- An interest in hardware, software and digital solutions, with a willingness to learn.
- Practical problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Teams.
- Willingness to travel interstate approximately 30% of the time, with full site attendance during critical project phases.

Experience in hardware, software configuration or technical installations will be highly regarded.
