Property Network of Australia is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to join a national, tier-one property investment group focused on delivering safe, compliant, and well-presented retail assets. The company is a leader in property investment and funds management, managing a diverse portfolio across Australia and committed to sustainable growth and operational excellence. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing operational services, compliance, and contractor performance across multiple retail properties.

This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining high presentation standards across several retail centres. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, manage budgets, and drive sustainability initiatives while supporting tenant relationships and service delivery.

Regular travel between assets is required, with the office base located in North Brisbane.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Lead operational delivery, compliance, and presentation standards across multiple retail assets
- Manage contractor performance, service provider relationships, and statutory compliance




- Prepare and monitor OPEX and capital budgets, track and report on utilities usage
- Conduct risk management, WHS inspections, and ensure essential services compliance
- Support tenant customer service targets and coordinate emergency response as required
- Drive sustainability initiatives and contribute to strategic operational projects

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience in retail property operations or facilities management
- Robust knowledge of building compliance, WHS, and Australian Standards
- Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results independently and in a team
