Millers Strata Maintenance offers cleaning and care taking services to the strata industry. We offer services such as common area cleaning and maintenance, gardening, lawn mowing, pressure cleaning and rubbish removal services. Millers Strata Maintenance has been operating for over 25 years in the Eastern suburbs area of Sydney and prides itself in offering a high standard to its clients. We have a great team and we always work hard to develop and maintain great relationships between staff and clients.

About the role

We are currently looking for full time and casual people to fill a new position.

- This role is to attend many buildings in a day and place bins and recycling out for collection

- This role is to attend and wash bins out after collection and return them to their normal spots

- This role is also to help our strata cleaners out 2 days per week or when needed

- The strata cleaners maintain the internal and external areas of the buildings. This includes vacuuming stairwells, mopping tiles, cleaning entrance glass and windows, changing light globes and blowing paths etc

- All work is local to the Eastern suburbs and between the hours of 7.00 - 3.30pm every day.

- We supply all the vehicles and equipment for this role

- This is a TFN job, we don't subcontract out any work

Skills and experience

We are looking for:

- Experience in strata cleaning is desirable but not necessary

- Reliable and Punctual and good time management skills

- People with attention to detail, to deliver a great service

- Must have a drivers license and confident driving in the city

- Experience in dealing with clients and good communication skills
