About the role

Midway is one of the largest local independent supplier of concrete and quarry products in Victoria. We currently have four concrete plants in operation.

Join the dynamic team as a Call Centre & Customer Service professional. In this role, you will be the vital link between our customers and our business, providing exceptional service and support. Based in our Laverton North, VIC 3026 Head Office, you will play a key part in our customer-focused operations.

What you'll be doing

- Respond to inbound customer calls and emails, providing solutions and information to address their needs

- Log customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system

- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes





What we're looking for

- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer queries

- Proficient in using CRM and other customer service software

- A adaptable and adaptable approach to work, able to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities

- A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer experiences
