Due to continued growth, we are now expanding into Ipswich, Bundamba and are seeking professional and solutions-driven Trade Counter Team Members to come on board as a part of our founding team

We service building contractors to homeowners and everyone in between. Our aim is to provide a seamless customer service experience for them. This role involves engaging in all aspects of our Sales process for our Customers and Suppliers.

Available shifts:

- Monday - Friday: 5:00am - 1:30pm

- Monday - Friday: 6:00am - 2:30pm

- Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

with Saturdays 5:30am - 9:30am on a rotating roster as overtime!

Responsibilities

- Be the face of Tradezone to our Customers - First impressions last and we pride ourselves on providing a seamless Customer Service experience from Order, Pick & Receive lifecycle - You'll be across it all.

- Delivering exceptional customer service by efficiently managing sales and enquiries, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored product advice and value-adding solutions.

- Professionally preparing customer orders, safely loading products, and providing friendly, hands-on assistance to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

This role will be ideal for a Trade qualified person wanting an autonomous role ‘off the tools’ or Customer service expert to drive their own success across our customer service and sales.

Required Knowledge and Skills

- Self-motivated and resilient mindset through a solid career in Customer Service – shown through your work history

- Interpersonal skills that showcase your ability to ‘lead from the front’ to our Internal and External stakeholders (Customers & Suppliers)

- A valid Forklift License and recent driving experience will be highly regarded
