Take ownership of a newly created ANZ role combining cybersecurity sales, strategic account leadership and cyber incident engagement. You'll lead the full customer lifecycle, from opening new doors and winning business through to executive stakeholder management, renewals, expansion and supporting customers during critical cyber events.

Our client is a rapidly expanding technology and cybersecurity business with an established footprint across the Asia-Pacific region. Having developed a unique cyber resilience offering that combines security technology, risk management and incident response capabilities, they are investing in ANZ growth. Supported by regional technical and security operations teams, the organisation is building a local presence to deepen customer relationships, drive market expansion and support organisations navigating an increasingly complex cyber threat landscape.

Description

- Act as the primary customer-facing business and solutions contact for a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients across ANZ.
- Partner with CIOs, CISOs and technology leaders to maximise adoption of managed detection, response and cloud security services.
- Provide guidance around observability, monitoring and operational risk management, helping customers improve visibility across their environments.
- Lead executive reviews, presenting security trends, environment health insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Drive customer retention, account growth and expansion opportunities through trusted technical engagement.
- Serve as the local point of contact during cyber incidents,



coordinating communication between customers and regional incident response teams.
- Translate technical findings into clear business updates for senior stakeholders and support post-incident reviews and remediation planning.

Profile

- 7+ years' experience in cybersecurity, enterprise technology, customer success, technical account management, business development or related disciplines.
- A solid ability to build credibility with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity operations, MDR/SOC environments, EDR/XDR technologies, threat intelligence and vulnerability management.
- Experience supporting customers through security incidents, escalations or crisis situations with a calm and structured approach.
- Understanding of observability, application monitoring, log management and infrastructure visibility platforms.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+ or GCIH will be highly regarded.
