Play a key role in delivering the work unit's Operation Plan and Annual Work Plan under the guidance of the Ranger in Charge.

The role involves a variety of responsibilities, including operating and maintaining plant and equipment, managing pest plants and animals, conducting planned burns and wildfire suppression, and maintaining park infrastructure. You will also manage small projects, perform compliance activities, and support natural and cultural resource management. Practical skills in operating and maintaining tools and equipment are essential.

You will provide on-ground supervision to field-based staff, work collaboratively with others, and adapt to agile service needs to ensure high-quality park management. While most of your work will be field-based, you will also undertake administrative tasks such as record-keeping and procurement.
