The Opportunity

Join our team at our materials recycling facility in Albany as a Casual Forklift Operator.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll operate forklifts and recycling machinery, move materials safely and efficiently, and support the wider team with general labouring and manual handling tasks.

What You'll Do:

- Operate forklifts and recycling machinery
- Safely load, move and manage materials
- Monitor material flow to support efficient processing
- Complete equipment inspections and report any issues
- Perform general labouring and manual handling duties
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and site standards

About You:

- Current Forklift Licence (LF)
- Reliable, safety-focused and willing to get hands-on
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Experience in waste, recycling, mining or a similar environment is highly regarded
- Comfortable working around heavy machinery and high-risk equipment
- Willing to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
