Sales Coordinator - Brisvegas Machinery

Brisvegas Machinery is a family owned heavy equipment dealership based in Darra, representing leading brands including Kobelco, ASV, New Holland and Hydrema, along with our own cross hire fleet. We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in a busy and fast moving branch environment.

About the role

This position is central to the smooth running of our sales operation. You will manage administration across the sales process from the sales order through to delivery, ensuring accuracy, consistency and transparent communication with customers, sales representatives and finance providers throughout.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate sales administration including finance documentation and stock allocation

- Liaise with sales representatives, finance providers and customers to ensure deals progress efficiently

- Maintain accurate stock records for new and used equipment

- Provide reporting and administrative support to the sales team

- Act as a point of contact for customer enquiries, maintaining a professional standard of service

About you

We are looking for a driven and ambitious individual with exceptional administration skills and a strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative,



sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high volume sales environment.

Previous experience in machinery sales coordination is highly regarded, though candidates with relevant administration experience and a strong willingness to learn the industry are also encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Strong organisational and administrative skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Confidence liaising with customers, sales staff and suppliers

- Experience with CRM systems and general office software

- The ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple deals simultaneously
