The Opportunity

We are looking for a Parts Interpreter to join our team. You could be an experienced parts interpreter or someone who has exceptional customer service skills and an interest in the agriculture / construction industry and is seeking a change.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who may want to complete a traineeship in this space or join us with a wealth of experience and knowledge, we are open to all options.

Reporting to the Branch Coordinator you will support our mission "We are here for you" by delivering expert advice, a seamless experience and genuine value for our customers.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

To be successful, you will be a confident self-starter and have a passion for agricultural and small construction machinery, an open mind for the rural lifestyle and demonstrate the following attributes.

As Parts Interpreter, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing sales and service of parts to customers

- Ordering stock

- Receipting stock

- Picking and packing freight

- Answering phone calls

- Assisting the workshop staff with the purchase of parts for machinery

- Maintaining stock levels in the showroom

- Stocktaking, inventory and warehouse maintenance

- Updating the system in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy

- Assist all customers with sales queries

About You

As a successful Parts Interpreter, you will have:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to think clearly, analyse data and act accordingly

- Problem-solving skills

- An ability to manage your workload to achieve set outcomes

- Effective time management and prioritisation skills

- Computer software experience

- An ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and limited supervision

- Be a team player who works with initiative, commitment and a positive attitude

- Ability to adapt and respond to changing work situations and environments.

- Must have a driver's licence
