The Client

We have a newly created opportunity with one of our leading Broker Clients in Brisbane, this role has come about due to growth plans for 2026/27, role to start as soon as possible.

Two new openings have been created with our client, one person for Sydney and one for Brisbane.

Our Steadfast client is a well-known and respected Insurance Brokerage in Australia, providing insurance solutions to their many loyal customers over many years. Over the last 6-12 months, they've experienced a period of substantial growth due to some business expansion and mergers, therefore creating some new opportunities and other parts of the business. Our client has a solid presence in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, with approx 150 staff across the wider team.

Staff can work from home 3 days a week if wanted.

The Role

Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced Account Executive to take on an existing, solid portfolio. The portfolio consists of some larger key clients, but they also very much value their smaller clients who have been with the business since day one. Due to growth, there are also a number of new clients with the expectation you'll client manage and also identify current growth opportunities for the business. You will also enjoy meeting some clients face to face, and occasionally getting out and about.





This is also a role where you may wish to step into a Senior position as the team grows. The team are professional and high performing. They also like to have some fun and celebrate the wins.

Some other components of this role include:

- Management of a portfolio through all stages of the Broking process, with support from the broking team of Account Executives and Assistant Account Executives.

- Confidently manage & respond to queries from clients and underwriters – via both phone & email. This may include complex problem-solving.

- Develop strong and effective working relationships with strata managers and underwriters to support business retention and growth in accordance with branch goals and objectives.

- Highlight and escalate any significant issues of concern affecting service delivery.
