Key responsibilities

- Commercial and property transactions
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, loan agreements, leases and deeds
- Managing your own files with minimal supervision
- Probate and estate administration
- Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients

About you

- At least 3 years' post-admission experience
- Experience in commercial and/or property law
- Proficiency with PEXA, LEAP and InfoTrack
- Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A practical, proactive approach and a commitment to outstanding client service
