Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong

Data & Analytics experience to support enterprise data, BI, reporting,

governance, and transformation initiatives for Jacobs.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working

between business stakeholders, data/BI teams, technology teams, and vendors,

with the ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and

data requirements and drive delivery through to implementation.

Experience in enterprise BI platforms, data warehousing,

data governance, reporting modernization, and large-scale transformation

programs is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead business analysis
* activities for enterprise Data & Analytics initiatives.
*

* Engage with senior
* business and technology stakeholders to understand business objectives,
* processes, pain points, and requirements.
*

* Gather, analyze,
* document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
*

* Translate business
* requirements into data, reporting, analytics, and technical
* requirements.
*

* Work closely with Data
* Architects, BI Developers, Data Engineers, Solution Architects, and
* business teams.
*

* Develop business
* requirements documents, functional specifications, process flows, data
* mappings, user stories, and acceptance criteria.




*

* Analyze existing data
* and reporting environments and identify opportunities for improvement.
*

* Support data
* warehouse, BI, reporting, dashboard, and analytics modernization
* initiatives.
*

* Participate in data
* modeling, data quality, data mapping, and source-to-target analysis.
*

* Support UAT planning,
* test scenarios, validation, defect management, and business sign-off.
*

* Work with
* distributed/global teams and third-party vendors.
*

* Support project
* planning, delivery governance, change management, and stakeholder
* communication.
*

* Identify process
* improvements and opportunities to leverage automation, AI, and advanced
* analytics.
*

* Present findings and
* recommendations to business and technology leadership.
*

* 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis,
* preferably within enterprise Data & Analytics environments.
