Rexel Bendigo is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales team member to join our branch following an internal promotion.

You will work closely with our customers, suppliers and branch team to provide exceptional service, support sales growth and ensure customer orders are managed efficiently from enquiry through to delivery.

A typical day will involve

- Providing friendly and qualified customer service to electrical trades, businesses and commercial customers
- Responding to customer enquiries in person, over the phone and via email
- Preparing accurate and competitive quotes
- Following up quotes and identifying opportunities to convert enquiries into sales
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Supporting the external sales team and working collaboratively with the wider branch
