About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead a complex insurance initiative aligned to Rest's strategic priorities. Working across Technology, Digital, Information Security, Product, Procurement, Service Delivery and external partners, you'll drive delivery from initiation through to implementation, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, ensuring effective planning, governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting, ensuring delivery remains aligned to approved funding and business objectives.
- Track and realise business perks, supporting successful adoption and transition into business-as-usual operations.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, vendors and delivery partners to drive alignment and successful outcomes.
- Apply project governance frameworks, providing clear reporting, escalation management and delivery oversight.
- Manage external vendors and implementation partners, ensuring contractual obligations, quality standards and delivery commitments are achieved.
- Identify, assess and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
- Lead and mentor project team members, fostering collaboration, capability development and delivery excellence.
