Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:
- Execute precise sampling, preparation, analysis, and reporting procedures while maintaining the highest accuracy standards
- Deliver all work on schedule with meticulous attention to detail and quality assurance
- Maintain complete traceability and integrity of all samples throughout the testing process
- Proactively support the maintenance and optimal performance of lab and prep equipment
- Champion a safety-first culture by identifying hazards and promoting best practices across the team
- Foster seamless communication and knowledge transfer with incoming and outgoing shift teams
- Take ownership by immediately flagging unsafe or faulty equipment and escalating concerns
- Conduct routine sampling, preparation, and analysis for shipping and exploration initiatives
- Strategically plan daily tasks, coordinate sample logistics, and optimize testing schedules
