Job Description

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller for Australia and Recent Zealand, you will be instrumental in:

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with other functional departments (marketing and sales), peers and managers at Head Office
- Ensuring business compliance with internal policies, local legislation and global accounting standards
- Managing month end process and reporting requirements, ensuring duties are completed, including analysis, reports and reconciliations
- Preparing income tax and transfer pricing data for external tax agent
- Ensuring tax compliance through completion of GST/BAS and FBT return
- Preparing required reports and supporting documents for annual external audits and internal audits when required




- Preparing annual statutory accounts
- Reviewing monthly participations reporting to distribution partner
- Maintaining Fixed Asset Register
- Completing forecasting and pacing of revenue and marketing spend
- Collaborating with marketing team to manage and reconcile individual film budgets
- Reviewing and coding all T&E; ensuring policies are followed
- Analyzing and reporting on monthly overheads vs budget
- Reconciling all balance sheet accounts and complete cashflow variance analysis
- Helping manage our third-party offshore processing team
