Vow is seeking an experienced Counsel/Senior Counsel to cover a fixed-term contract for 10 months from Oct 2026 to July 2027. The role is Sydney-based with hybrid work and can be full or part time.
You will manage day-to-day commercial, regulatory and IP matters, draft and negotiate contracts, and advise on risk with practical, business-friendly guidance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external counsel as needed.
