The company provides long and short term accommodation mostly around the City center of Sydney. We are looking for a candidate who can communicate with our Japanes and Korean customers.
Working holiday makers are welcome
No previous experience is needed
We have morning and afternoon shifts
Key responsibilities
Publish and update advertisement in different websites specialized in our market, with Japanese and Korean websites as the base of our customers source
Publish and update advertisement in other accommodation websites
Organise and conduct inspections with potential customers
Organise moving out and in for customers
Receive and report to Maintenance team any repairs or services needed
Explain house rules to recent customers
Prepare lease paperwork for new customers
Give feedback and help to customers in Japanese and Korean languages
About you
Ability to communicate with Korean and Japanese customers
