You will oversee daily operations across ICC Sydney and The Cutaway, lead chefs of all levels, and ensure exceptional food experiences while maintaining ISO 22000 compliance and brand standards.

You will manage production, schedules and food preparation for high-volume events, champion a team-oriented culture, and drive continuous improvement in quality, safety and efficiency.
