Senior Financial Adviser - Investment & Wealth Management

About the Opportunity

An established Melbourne wealth management firm is looking for a Senior Financial Adviser who backs their own technical investment knowledge with real commercial drive. This is an investment-led, growth-focused advice role for someone who wants to build a client base on their own terms, not simply service one they've inherited.

What You'll Do

- Identify, develop and convert new client opportunities
- Build referral networks and professional relationships that generate new business
- Manage and grow long-term relationships with HNW and sophisticated private clients
- Deliver strategic advice across investments, portfolio construction, asset allocation and wealth creation
- Advise across equities, managed investments, ETFs, fixed income and diversified portfolios
- Work alongside internal investment and research specialists on sophisticated client strategies
- Provide broader advice across superannuation, SMSFs, retirement and wealth structuring where relevant




- Represent the business in market and contribute to its ongoing growth

About You

- Experienced Financial Adviser, Wealth Adviser with a strong investment background
- A demonstrated record of originating opportunities and winning new clients, not just servicing an existing book
- Strong understanding of markets, portfolio construction and asset allocation
- A confident networker with commercial instincts and an established professional network
- A skilled relationship-builder, able to earn trust with clients and referral partners alike
