About Us

Our Local Travel Planner and Sydney Bespoke Tours brands operate small group and private half and full day tours in and around Sydney.

The international travellers we host are typically well-travelled, well-educated and engaged. While we dazzle them with the natural beauty of our backyard, we share the what, why, when, who and how of Australia and Australian society.

Local Travel Planner's flagship tour - Wildlife, Waterfalls & Wine - is a fabulous day out for visitors to Sydney. This day of quintessential Australian experiences exploring the coast and highlands to Sydney’s south - we call it a slice of Australia in just one day! - is a hit with travellers, having earned over a thousand 5 star reviews and was recognised in TripAdvisor's 2023 Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best awards as one of Australia's Top Overall Experiences. Our guides also love the tour as it provides them the prospect to proudly showcase our natural wonders and laidback lifestyle to appreciative travellers from around the world. Operated as a shared tour with a maximum of 11 passengers or on a private basis,

Sydney Bespoke Tours' private, tailored touring is personalised, varied and, above all, flexible. Our guides are more like hosts - we want the travellers that join us to feel like they're being shown around by a friendly local that was recommend to them by a friend. From the narrow alleyways of The Rocks and the sands of Bondi to the forests of the Blue Mountains and the finest wineries in the Hunter Valley, we introduce travellers to an Australia they wouldn't experience without our local knowledge, connections and expertise.

The new Sydney Wildlife Safari is our first small group tour. A maximum of just 8 travellers join our guide for an afternoon and evening spotting some of Australia's most iconic wildlife in the its natural habitat. Participants are typically enthusiastic nature-lovers which makes them a pleasure to guide.

Requirements

Experience as a tour guide is desirable but not essential, however you will be friendly, knowledgeable and committed to providing excellent customer service

C class drivers licence (or above) with an excellent driving record

Confident driving a range of vehicles up to a 12 seater minibus
