We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Transformation Lead to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract to help lead this important phase of operational transformation. Based in Brisbane, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact across warehousing, logistics, distribution and supply chain performance.

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Financial & Operating Officer, the Supply Chain Transformation Lead will play a critical role in strengthening NAK's supply chain operating model during a period of significant change. You will provide leadership across warehouse operations, logistics and distribution, while driving the implementation of improved processes, systems and ways of working.

This role requires a hands‑on leader who can balance strategic transformation initiatives with day‑to‑day operational oversight, while developing capability within the existing team and building improvements that will be sustained long after the contract concludes.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Transformation

Lead the implementation of NAK's future-state supply chain operating model.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, systems and operational controls.

Improve accountability, ownership and collaboration across planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics and co-packing functions.

Partner with Business Operations and ERP teams to enhance data, systems and automation capabilities.

Operations & Distribution

Provide operational oversight and support to the Queensland Distribution Centre.

Drive improvements in service levels, productivity,



inventory accuracy and operational performance.

Strengthen operational planning, labour management, KPI reporting and communication disciplines.

Lead operational projects and supply chain change initiatives across the network.

Logistics & 3PL Management

Oversee 3PL, freight, distribution and co-packing operations.

Improve supplier performance, inventory management and operational execution.

Lead the implementation of logistics and distribution network changes.

Resolve significant supply chain risks and service issues.

Leadership

Provide visible leadership throughout a period of organisational change.

Coach and develop operational leaders to strengthen capability and accountability.

Create clear expectations around ownership, communication and performance.

Foster strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Extensive experience in senior supply chain, logistics or operational leadership roles.

Proven success delivering transformation, change management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong experience across warehousing, logistics, distribution and 3PL management.

Exposure to implementing or transitioning warehouse, freight or distribution network solutions.

Strong commercial, analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

The ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships across all levels of a business.

A pragmatic, hands‑on approach with a willingness to get into the detail when required.

Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of accountability.
