Baptiste, a new Parisian restaurant opening at The Eve, Wunderlich Lane, Sydney, is seeking a full-time Sous Chef to join the opening team. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen during service.

You’ll build systems, train the brigade, manage stock and food safety, and shape the culture as Baptiste launches. The Apollo Restaurant Group backs a fast-paced, quality-led setting.
